Ali delightfully landed in real estate while applying to graduate programs in social work. To her surprise, she found herself employing an overlapping skill set in transactions and has since fallen in love with all things real estate. As a Top Producer in 2019 and 2020, her uniquely personal and professional approach remains flexible in the face of new challenges and successes. In her free time, you can find her deeply immersed in sarcasm and wit, searching riverbeds for rocks, scouting a sunny spot to sit in, or scheming against the numerous woodland creatures vying for residency in her herb garden.

 

“We met Ali Lowe 2 years before we actually bought a house from her and moved to NC. During that 2 years time she was available to show us houses anytime we traveled south from Philly whether it was short notice to her or not. When we were back in Philly we would find a house we wanted to see in NC and she would travel 1 to 2 or 3 hours to walk the property while she would video the inside and out. We had long signed on with her as our buyers agent and were happy we did. She would not fail to point out possible serious problems that should be investigated further as well as strengths of the home, property or locations.

Residential real estate inventory was uncharacteristically low and competition with other buyers was high. Ali was able to widen our search area throughout western NC and sure enough we found a lovely mountain home that we wanted to bid on. We lost the bidding war on this house the first round but Ali stuck with the inquiries to the sellers realtor and out of the blue called and said we got the house.

Just as she assisted us swimmingly in our bidding process she was an enormous asset through the inspections and subsequent financial negotiations. Ali’s knowledge of real estate and contract negotiations was pivotal in completing the sale to settlement.
